City of Dickinson Short-Term Rental Ban Declared Unconstitutional
On January 4, 2024, my clients, who own a home in Galveston County which they rent out for short terms, got the City of Dickinson's ban on short-term rentals declared unconstitutional on multiple grounds. After the final hearing on my clients' claim for attorney's fees, the judgment will be final, allowing the City to seek an appeal.
